Many of us believe our life is defined by a series of big events. Milestones such as birthdays, holidays, graduations and weddings are what we prepare for. What I have found in my life, as I look back at old pictures and videos, is that it was in fact the small things that really ended up becoming the big moments in my life. Simple memories, woven together became the fabric of my life.

Son, be sure to soak in these moments, they go by so fast. Live your brief slice of cosmic time to the fullest with no regrets. Thank you for all the great memories you have given me, they have touched my heart and have given my life tremendous value and meaning. I love you so much son…
